Crumpled

Hi, the paper arrived by mail quite crumpled. I was quite disappointed as the encased enveloped used was not hard-backed and sturdy to withstand delivery handling. And the painting looks like a photocopy/replica. I thought it was original handprinted. So I was doubley disappointed tbh :(
